Agrarian Structure Of Bangladesh (হার্ডকভার)

Historically, Bangladesh has been predominantly an agrarian society. It has an agro-based economy with agriculture accounting for 21 percent of the country’s GDP and employing 52 percent of its labour force. At present, the village mostly depends on national policies and interventions regarding the agricultural inputs which are also influenced by other wider contexts of the world order. The government has increased agricultural and rural development activities which also has accelerated the process of integration of the agricultural community with the wider society, but the character of the state remains unchanged regarding bringing any structural change.
